What makes Compass such a fun place to work?

The people!  We all share a tight bond within the Compass community, and although we are co-workers, it feels more like a family.  We celebrate each other’s success, help and assist when called upon and more importantly, work together to provide incredible experiences for our guests.  I often times forget I’m at work, because I’m having so much fun; and it is largely a result of the people I work with – what better place to work, than with your best friends!
