Associate Resource Groups
Our associate resource groups are built around a common characteristic or interest that enhances associate engagement. These groups provide opportunities for networking and foster feelings of inclusion supporting the development of our great people.
The Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) is one of the first associate resource networks at Compass Group. WLN’s mission is advancing Compass Group’s ability to attract, develop and retain women at all levels by providing real opportunities to learn and grow, creating a competitive business advantage, and making a positive impact in our industry. Currently the WLN has over 1500 members in 9 nationwide chapters.
Second Language Programs
“Sed de Saber”, an interactive learning tool based on “Leapfrog/Leappad” technology, provides our Spanish speaking associates with the opportunity to learn English in the setting of a foodservice/restaurant environment. This type of technology gives users an easy, self-paced multi-sensory way to learn.
Diversity Education and Communication
Diversity Education and Communication are essential components of Compass Group’s diversity strategy. Diversity Training programs create diversity awareness for associates and aid managers in the implementation of best diversity practices in the workplace. Other diversity training programs offers skills training as well as drives Compass’ business strategy of becoming the Preferred Employer.
