Compass Group uses various measurement tools, such as sector work plans, to help our lines of business measure their progress against our diversity and inclusion initiatives. Also, in order to learn our associates’ perspective on diversity related issues, we used data from internal customer and associate engagement surveys to monitor our progress and development needs.
Diversity and Inclusion Business Reviews
A minimum of twice per year a comprehensive diversity and inclusion review is held with the leadership of the Core 4 and also the leadership of corporate headquarters. These reviews focus on key diversity metrics, programs and action plans aimed at continuous improvement.
