Educational Outreach
Reaching beyond our company’s boundaries and into the markets, communities, and industries in which we operate allows Compass Group to fulfill its diversity mission and help build stronger communities. Educational Outreach provides schools and organizations with much needed support for foodservice education and provides real opportunities for students to explore careers in foodservice.

Diversity Recruiting
The Diversity Department has partnered with Resource Network, the internal recruiting department of Compass Group to implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy that develops relationships and partnerships with Historically Black colleges and universities, Hispanic serving institutions, as well as industry and minority professional organizations to build a pipeline of diverse talent for Compass Group. Our goal is to provide our managers with a diverse candidate pool so that they may hire the best and most qualified talent.
