Manager in Training Programs (MIT)
In Compass Group no two divisions are the same so why should the training programs be? We have developed top-level programs where you will go through three phases of intense training specific to the sector you will enter as a manager. During this trainingprogram you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you throughout the program and ensure you are getting the support you need to develop into a GREAT manager! The MIT Program is a premier opportunity not only to prepare you for a rewarding and challenging career, but also to make a significant contribution to the organization.

Eurest
*You must be willing to relocate to participate in any MIT program.

Internship Opportunities for Graduates

New Graduate Hourly Apprenticeship
Compass Group has designed a one of a kind hourly manager in training program called The New Graduate Hourly Apprenticeship Program. As an Hourly Apprentice you will be working in a lead hourly position - hourly sous chef, floor supervisor, catering lead, food service supervisor, etc. - throughout your training. You will be assigned a mentor that will work with your as you complete three stages of training.
